#Train2Slay is a Full Body Workout ,focusing on sculpting the body in the “right” places, with the aim to help you feel more confident and ultimately train to slay!
The movement is focused on bridging the gap between working out and looking your best. Fitness is not only about aesthetics, but who doesn’t like to look good and who doesn’t feel good when they look good?
The idea is to encourage women to not only focus on slaying (and you can slay in any lane), but understanding the process to get there which is ultimately, hard work.
