Welcome to the Train To Slay Challenge. I hope you’re just as excited as I am, to see what your body can achieve over the next 6 Weeks/60 days.
The Train To Slay Challenge has been designed not only to help you Train To Slay, but to also allow you to gain a better understanding of your body and how to eat towards your goals.
This challenge will give you all the tools you need to transform your body and become fitter, stronger, healthier and most importantly, consistent whilst on your fitness journey.
#traintoslaychallenge Testimonial- I want to start off by saying thank you for starting the train to slay challenge, it was truly great!
I've always been into fitness but since stepping into full time work (in a gym) I had lost the motivation and had many excuses to why I couldn't find time to train 😅🤦🏽♀️ and I had really let myself go.. The challenge has brought about that passion to train again and ditch all those ridiculous excuses.
I didn't think I would see much change in such a short amount of time but the results have only strengthened my motivation to keep going.
Thanks again for such a great challenge and helping us all kickstart our fitness journeys for 2019! 🙌🏽💪🏽
Hey Gina!!!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your programme.
My eating habit was not the best, how I can see a difference physically and most importantly in my fitness. It gave me a routine, each time I went to the gym I had purpose!
I’m on day one of the challenge as I have started again. Already the weights I use are heavier in comparison to when I done the challenge the first time around. And hoping to make your programme count even by eating cleaner.
I can’t wait for your 6 Week package. Thank you xxx.
I was doubtful I’d see a difference in 30 days but I actual did! Thank you for proving this, it was so helpful. I’ve learnt so many new exercises and now understand how food makes such a massive difference to my physique.
I’m not quite where i want to be aesthetically but I’m definitely going to continue on my fitness journey!
Thank you again so much for the 30 day challenge!
I have used exercise to help with my mental health for a number of years and then last summer completely fell off it and to say my mental health crashed is an understatement. So I picked myself up and forced myself back into it and it was the best decision I have made in a long time. This 30 day challenge has made me realise and confront a lot of things, not exercise based, and I have never felt stronger. I have no idea what the scales are saying as I got rid of them back in September BUT they will not reflect how it has made me feel. It is not just an exercise programme but a community of supportive and wonderful people that you are creating. Thank you for this I will be starting it all over again until the 6 Week one is out in March!
Taking part in your 30 day challenge was fantastic. I’ve always been into fitness - playing netball regularly - but this past month has proper kickstarted a move toward an overall healthier lifestyle and a much more positive approach to creating a realistic routine that I can actually stick with. I’m 12lb down altogether which I’m really happy with and believe I can keep going to reach my goal. Thank you for keeping us motivated with the daily exercises (and highlighting the importance of doing strength training on your whole body). I didn’t do all of them I won’t lie, I worked them around my usual gym classes but keep doing what you’re doing because it’s inspiring not just for us girls physical health but overall wellbeing too!
The train to slay challenge has been one of the first challenges I’ve ever done and it will not be the last!
This challenge came at a time when I needed to find my focus again after suffering a tragic loss at the the end of 2018. I lost my self confidence, I became very self critical of myself and was always waiting for a Monday. No matter how many hours I spent on YouTube/Instagram browsing through all the transformations, I just couldn’t find the motivation to get started. I looked at the train to slay challenge as the time to break bad habits and rekindle my love for fitness, health and strengthen my mind. I’m so thankful I did.
The challenge included a 30 day workout plan with easy to follow video tutorials as well as a very detailed nutrition plan which I believe was the main reason for loosing 4 inches off my mummy tummy. The workouts were challenging and there were many I wanted to avoid but I knew nothing worth having was going to come easy and for things to change, I needed to change my mindset. I felt every single workout! I loved the fact that it was none of this fancy stuff you see online. The workouts utilised the most commons moves yet they had maximum effect on the entire body. I’ve always struggled with “gym anxiety” and worried about looking silly doing things I wouldn’t normally but those thoughts don’t phase me as much. Using the nutrition plan included, I had more fatloss than weightloss which was key for me because my diet needed adjusting big time. I’ll be adding all of these workouts into my other gym sessions and I’ll be looking forward to the next challenge.
