Barry’s Bootcamp introduces Barry’s East

If you’ve read my previous post about Barry’s Bootcamp then you’ll  remember all the amazing things I had to say about it. However, if you missed the post, click here.

The only problem I had was that it was too far for me to continuously go to. But on 27/06/15 that problem was solved as they launched their second studio in East Central-Old Street.

The new studio is coherent to the usually Barry’s formula with classes starting from 6:00am, Monday to Friday. Each class is 60 minutes long and taught by Barry’s London celebrity trainers. Classes range between £14-£20 depending on the class package, which can be used at both studios.

The ground floor is the reception and fuel bar area where you can grab yourself a made to order protein shake, coffee or in-house food options.

The basement floor is where bodies are sculpted and the magic happens.

The red-lit studio and nightclub-grade sound system is bound to get you pumped and rearing to go before and during your workout. The studio is designed to accommodate 50 people.

What also sets Barry’s Boot camp apart from all other classes is its digital lockers, complimentary towel service and luxury Malin + Goetz beauty products. However, they have set the bar even higher with Barry’s East, by providing footwear from the latest Nike Running range, for campers who have forgotten their own running shoes.

On Friday 26 June 2015, myself and some others were invited down to an exclusive preview class were we took part in a full body workout with master trainers Sandy Macaskill and Anya Lahiri. As usual, they kicked our asses but the Peanut Butter and Banana smoothie and Barry’s goodie bag we received at the end made it all worth it.
