For those of you who follow me on social media, you will know that at the end of last month I made a big change in my life. I decided to take the plunge and dedicate myself to Just Geen solely. This meant leaving my 9 to 5 job as a probation officer which I has juggled for three years alongside my businesses.
It was an incredibly difficult decision but I put my faith in God and stepped out of my comfort zone, it’s far from easy to do this, but it is incredibly rewarding. I am fortunate enough to have a strong team, family and friends behind me to help boost me through this transition period.
It’s clear from social media, I am not alone in juggling my own business with a full time job. There are so many men and women out there trying to make it but struggling because they can’t afford or they’re too scared to give up their other job.
For those of you who are feeling this way, think about all the benefits of being in control of what you love. I urge you all to step out of your comfort zone and be patient, the magic will happen.
Whilst proving that I can build a business and work 9 to 5 over the past three years has been rewarding it has also been exhausting. It’s not easy but it is worth it. I strongly believe if it doesn’t scare you, you don’t want it bad enough.
